Topic: Technical issues with PR card

 I want to know what does technical issue with PR card mean? Me and my husband landed in Canada on Feb 3, 2016. I am the principal applicant and have received my PR card in first week of April however my husband's PR card is not received as yet. When we called CIC office they said his card is delayed due to technical issues.
