Several Problems between Me and the Landlord

Hi there! I am new to Canada.
Here is my situation.
i am having a room rental lease till feb, 2017.
Few days ago, my landlord suddenly come into my home and say she need to move in right now without any notice.
Day after, we discuss about this, she said if you guys feel uncomfortable that she move in, we can leave the house and find a new place.
But need to move out before June 17, cause she have other new tenant wanna move in.
We paid the deposit before which is higher than the rental amount. She said will give us back after she get the hydro bill. (after we move out)
And we need the rental receipt for tax, she said we need to pay her $50 for this. and later on, we found out that is not allowed in Canada.
For this complicated situation, what we should do for our next steps?? |
