Hello,
Is it true that there is no maximum waiting time for PR renewal? I keep checking online it say...in process... I sent several email but got a computer based rely every time? Can anyone give me the right telephone number (if any) to reach the office in Sydney, NS? I waited over six months so far. I am not planning to hire a lawyer on this. Please send me your advice

It looks like i am facing your case---13 months wait time to get PR renewed. Very frustrating. Thanks for sharing your experience, i just join the group to get such kind of info.
