For those who have successfully(i.e., request got approved) withdrawn a PR card replacement/renewal application, especially if before they started processing it:
Did CIC return the documents&photos you sent them? also, how long till you got refunded the $50 fee? |

If you applied very recently (matter of weeks at most) and if they did NOT start processing your replacement app. it's as simple as withdrawing the application (via case specific enquiry, as CIC website instructs to) and hold on to your found pr card. |
