Renovating my room and moving into tenant's room

Hi, I'm the landlord of a house and live in a basement room that I want to renovate into a games room. I want to move into the master bedroom where a tenant currently resides. All other rooms in the home are occupied.
Can I give the tenant 60 days notice to leave?
