I had applied for Permanent Residency through family sponsorship(I'm the Principal Applicant) on May 2016 and on June 2017 I received a medical and pcc request from the CIC, and I sent those all on the first week of July and it showed medical had passed in ECAS. On July I had applied for a ATIP Request after I have done the medicals, and its is more than 33+ days since I applied, last time when I called CIC to check the status of the PR application one of their agents told me that the officer who is currently working on our file is working on the ATIP Request and because you had applied for the ATIP you delayed your PR processing. So I thought I could cancel the request. (I had tried calling the Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator and left a message but no reply). Is there any way I can cancel the request?
