Hi,

I am a Canadian citizen with four kids two of them Canadian citizens and the other two USA citizens.

I am in a heart wrenching predicament.

The father of my four kids worked and lived in Dubai and Bahrain for the last five years. He had a PR which is expired, he could not complete the residency requirements as he worked during his vacations too to support his kids here. He had resigned to the fact that he will stay in Dubai until we were established and then integrate here when he's ready to relocate.

August 3 2016 he had an open heart surgery
On the day of his discharge due to the negligence of the surgeon and hospital he had a cardiac arrest and passed away for 12 minutes. He was resuscitated and brought back to physical health but suffers from TBI and has a long way to go.

We are all settled here, have our home, kids schools, university here and life here.

I want to sponsor him, I have invested every penny he's given here and I pay taxes here.
However I do get child tax benefits.
My question how can Cic on compassionate grounds renew his PR so he can join us here. For me I have to arrange for his transport which is a challenge in it self .

But having his PR ensures me in case of emergency he has the health he needs.

Currently he us stranded in Dubai with no place to go no family to care for him.
How can I get help? Canada is know for compassion and humanity how can I help a helpless man.

I have three girls and a boy so for me to leave Canada and go to Middle East from where I ran is impossible .

I want my government to help me .
I pray someone helps me .

I have spoken to the local MPs office they are trying to help but no clear direction or resolution.

Please help aide and guide us .

If I sponsor him I am not sure of his medical needs and how to cater to them.

I am doing odd jobs until I get full time employment with insurance coverage.

So please some one please help.
