How can I correct a mistake on application?

Hi,
I'm going through express entry and I'm now at the stage where I need to up upload my documents. I made a mistake and selected that I would be applying from outside of Canada but actually I'm already in Canada on a temporary work permit. I've realized I need to get this changed but I don't know how anymore as I cannot select that option in the drop down menus anymore and can't go back to it.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get it changed or will it not have an effect on my application?
