Need some information please.
i have been in a relationship with a man for 7 years,
he had married a woman for his papers left her a month later,he had been with other woman after her..
But was paying her not to cancel his papers.
i helped him get his papers, his kids.
He pretended he was still with wife but was with me. We had a son who is now 5,he was already born when he went to his interview for his PR.CHILD WAS 8MONTHS old.
But he did not claim him.My son is canadian.well he didn't claim him on anything..No taxes..No unemployment,not on his other children's school records.
He just received a letter from immigration (said by him the letter asked about our son had his date of birth and my name he did not disclose further info)
He plans to say his son is not his or say he was not sure. Also plans to lie say that he left his wife because she was a drug addict and he was going back and forth between us two.
.Which is a lie I have history,pictures, witnesses,that he has with me 7years. When his children came from Jamaica,they lived with me for 1 and a half months in my home,I also registered his son-in-law school as his step mother. Basically he is throwing us all under the busto save his own skin.
Also our child is autistic(special needs)
I registered at hospital,treatment programs and now school(which I think was what started the audit.
My questions:
What happens?
Is he called to an immigration interview?(because it's marriage fraud plus child born not to sponsor,plus his never claimed him on original PR Papers, he signed those as if he was happily married (not the drug lie he's presenting on paid wife) I'm assuming I will have to prepare my autistic child for a DNA test?
Will they call me for that? Or will I be called to go to agent of immigration?
Like I said I have history, pictures,videos,family events,my children that can testify to the truth of he was with me the whole time.will he be charged with marriage fraud? Will he get charged for not claiming his son on PR papers?
If he gets his papers revoked by all above, will the children that came thru to Canada face deportation along with him?
I imagine once he renounces son and DNA is proved.he will be annulled. Is there any way of saving him or the kids?
Please help me,
I need to prepare my autistic son before this bomb explodes because his father used all these people..
And in the end all the children will suffer?
What should I expect?

Hi, I'm not the sponsor, I was the partner for 7 years. He was only with his sponsor a month,but continued his PR papers with sponsor(paid) our son was born February 2012, his last interview at IMMIGRATION office to sign for PR papers was in October 2012. We have bills and bank accounts together for years now.. none of which he had with sponsor.
I just want to know a run down of what is the procedure from IMMIGRATION, as I'm not part of the original file neither is our son, that's been undeclared this entire time? I guess me and my son,(family) would be more evidence against his misrepresentation, marriage fraud etc.. |
