Hey all,

I moved to Canada as a federal skilled worker 2 years ago and currently have the Canadian PR. I have lived in Montreal for more than a year. Most of my friends, who immigrate to Quebec with a Certificate du Selection du Quebec (CSQ), told me there are lots of beneifts with a CSQ.

Therefore, I am wondering if it is possible for me to get a CSQ as a Canadian PR already? and How?
