Good day
I am a Canadian citizen, and I married my husband in 2014 who is not a Canadian citizen. He got his PR card October 2015. However we had to move to the Caribbean because I am studying medicine at a university that is offshore, but accredited, and recognized by Canada. Approved by Canada for loans. Would his time with me here count towards his residency days?
Any help would be great.
