 Dear Sir / Madam,
I got admission from Concordia University and I moved from Toronto to Montreal in September 1, 2016 but based on my residential and mailing address are still from Toronto.
In the other words, my virtual residential and mailing address which is related to my OHIP card and my Driver License Card are from Toronto and my real residential address from September 1, 2016 till now is in Montreal.
Because I am Ontario Resident and I live in Montreal as student, how can I fill out the citizenship forms? I mean, I need to use the real address in Montreal while my OHIP and driving license card have different address form Toronto on them.
