Topic: Income Proof for Rental Apartment

 Hi,

We have landed in Ottawa 4 day ago and are currently in a temporary accommodation for a month. We have now started looking for an apartment to rent and see that most rental agencies ask for "Income Proof".

We are not yet employed as we will be looking for jobs henceforth. What can we do in this case?
