Topic: Apply Open Work Permit AFTER receive file number

 Hello,
Iam an international student living in Edmonton for 7 years under Study Permit that will be expired on July 31 2017. On May 23 2017, I did send the application for PR under Canada Spousal and Common Law Sponsorship and have got the application number on June 15,2017 but unfortunely, I did not send the application for OWP alond with it. So my question is Can I now send the application for OWP under CSCLS? or Do I need to renew my Study Permit? Can I remain in Canada during the process without any extension?
