Returning Permanent Resident- OHIP rules

Hello,
I have a question about OHIP coverage and absences from Ontario. In the tax year 2016 I filed as a resident of Ontario (I am born Canadian and have a valid passport and valid health card and driver's license until 2021). Since January 7 2017 until present (August 17 2017), I have only been physically present in Ontario for about 10 days. I will be returning in November 2017 for approx 7-8 days, which will make a total of less than 20 days present in Ontario for 2017. If I return again in Feb 2018 and try to use my valid OHIP card at a clinic, will I be covered? Or do I have to wait 3 months upon my return to have coverage even though my OHIP card is still valid?
