Removal Order reason for PR cards not renewed

Hi
We have a situation where we applied for PR Card renewal in April 2017 and after few months in October we received an email from them saying that there was a removal order against you and you didn't appeal within 30 days
We landed in 2010 and stayed for a month and left back. came back in 2015 just 2 months before PR card expiry ( Cards expired in May 2015)
We applied for PR card renewal after completing 760 days requirement ( though with the expired cards).
We have never been notified of any removal order against us so couldn't go for appeal.
Please let us know how to deal with this situation.

Hi Nticku
I am going through the same situation. Please tell them to update there complete contact details, phone number, address, email with CIC or/ and Canada border security and keep an eye on any letters from CIC. Most probably they will issue a removal order and your parents should file an appeal within 30 days to prove their ties with Canada and explaining the reason for not completing the obligatory residency requirement.
Might have to hire a lawyer.
