Topic: OHIP: 3 Month Waiting

I don't want to hijack the thread but my question is so close to this one that I find appropriate to post it here. The link you sent and also the OHIP site talk about 5 months of waiting period.

EVERYONE I've talked about it says it's 3 months only.

So, what am I not getting? Did it change very recently? Maybe it's shorter for PRs?
