Moving to Ontario From Quebec

Hello there,
I am a resident of Quebec and a Canadian citizen at the moment, however, I am planning to move to Ottawa for studies in August 2018.
I am getting married in December and will be sponsoring my soon-to-be Husband in the United States.
The moving will happen during the application process time.
What do I have to do to inform that I will be moving to the immigration office and what does that say about the Quebec Selection program?
Will they refuse my application due to moving?
