Made a horrible mistake. Pr cancelled.

I applied for spousal sponsorship outside canada..after submitting passport for pr, i emailed london uk to ask for extension on pr and misworded saying im going marital stress and arguments i cannot meet deadline can u extend pr and we can get it after.
My intention was to get a new deadline and marital stress was coz of deadline but i didnt state that .
They canceled my husbands PR marked canceled without prejudice. And emailed me saying we dont offer extensions pr is cancelled and pls note you also have an option to withdraw your sponsorship if your current situation warrants.
Do i need to redo sponsorship or will they allow me to just do Pr application again since they were giving an option ro withdraw too.
Im so upset and lost..i sent a susequent email clarifying but no response. I'm at a loss for timeline to plan my life now |
