Pregnant PR giving birth overseas

Good evening all,
My wife and I are flying to Canada to activate our PR this week.
My wife is pregnant with twins and we are planning on delivering our boys in our current country of residence (Middle East).
I do want to find out if we will be able to sponsor our boys after they've been born, and how would the process work?
I've been reading some of the messages on the site, and in all honesty, it's frightened me a bit. Has anyone had success in this matter? Thanks in advance. Jeandre |
