My name is David.

I was born in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada in 1963.

My father and mother are both Canadian citizens; however, in circa 1973, my mother remarried an American and relocated to the United States.

I have both a Canadian and American citizenship.

I am in the process of setting up a company in London, Ontario to create business interest closer to my father.

I once had a plastic SIN card that I can no longer find.

How can I get confirmation of my social insurance number (SIN)?

Further note that I currently live +100 KM from a Canadian border.
