 I have done my post graduation diploma in business economics(2 yrs) from Wigan and Leigh college India. My certificate was issued from Wigan and Leigh college in UK. Now the sealed envelope will be sent to WES from Indian office. While registering my credentials on WES site... Should I enter country of education as India or UK?
