Topic: Dual Program between UCSI and Manitoba university

Dear All,
I am from Egypt and interested in sending my son to get his undergraduate studies in computer Engineering from Canada
I knew that Manitoba has a partnership with UCSI in Malaysia , My son can have the first 2 years in Malaysia and the other 2 years in Manitoba.
I know from the below link that if the study program is 2 years or more in Canada then it will be legal to have a PGWP for three years.

My question is : If my son will apply for the dual program between UCSI & UM (Computer Engineering ), will the 2 years (third & forth year)that my son will study in UM will be considered as a program of 2 years and he will be legal to get a PGWP for 3 years ? How can I make sure from this info please ?
