Topic: 4 Year B.Pharmacy Degree From India - Evaluation

I am pharmacist from India (possess 4 years Bachelors degree).

Now Pharmacy is in the list of the entry-to-practice profession list in Canada and as per the information on cic website, this degree is equivalent to masters and get 23 points.

I dont wish to work as a pharmacist in canada(NOC 3131) rather i will be working in industry.

I have applied to WES for ECA.
On the site of Pebc (https://www.pebc.ca/index.php/ci_id/4910/la_id/1.htm) it is mentioned that Pharmacist should get the ECA done by them and on the other hand cic website mentions that if you are not applying under NOC 3131 you get ECA done thru any approved agency.

My question if i get my ECA from WES then can i claim 23 points for education i.e equivalent to masters? please advise?
