Hello,

I am currently living and working in the US and would like to return to Ontario with my US citizen common law partner.

My job allows me to work in both countries so I can return to my job in Ontario.

We would like to be living in Ontario in the next 3 months.

Can we just move back to Ontario and apply for sponsorship when we are back in Canada or start the process now while living in the US?
