My police certificate is from our country was already directly sent in April 2018, it seems no action was taken by CPC at that time.

After eight months' time (December 2018) CPC asking me to send police certificate from our countries again. But I have not leave Canada at this 8 months.

And my husband medical examination report was already directly sent from clinic in April 2018. After nine months' time (January 2019) CIC asking us my husband first medical examination report expired soon (April 2019). So my husband needs to do the medical examination for the second time.
We already confirm their department directly resent police certificate and updated medical examination again in January 2019.

How can I know CPC received my report this time?

And how can I immediately know what will I need to resend documents?
