PR Card Renewal Status

Hello,
I sent in my renewal application via paper (did not apply online) in November 2018.
It was returned to me in January noting that I had paid the incorrect agency.
I immediately couriered my application back with the proper receipt. I have record that it was received on Jan 25 2018. I cannot seem to link my paper application to access the status of my card.
I only have until Feb 22 to cancel my flight to the US without losing any $$. Will I be able to board from Canada to US with my renewal in process?
If it does not come in until the date of my flight--March 19th, can I board from US? It is very difficult to obtain any information with out an identifier number. If I don't receive it, can I apply again online? |
