Topic: ESL Certificate for applying Citizenship status

 Hi,

Can anyone inform me a government funded school/training centre from where I get a ESL Certificate?

I went for English Language Assessment and got 8, but no school is ready to issue a certificate on the basis of this Assessment Result.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
