My daughter married in Canada and moved to Denmark.The couple has now divorced without any legal counsel,only getting spousal support in writing and both signatures agreeing to terms.My question is this,when she returns to Canada in July,is there any recourse for her should he suddenly decide not to honour the written contract? |
