 hello
i have a medical surveillance undertaking document.upon my landing in canada within 30 days as a permanenet resident i have to check tha doctor to monitor my health.could you please help me out that how can i made an appointment with doctor ? and the medical is free of cost if i have not apply for health card.Or this document is a proof of free medical?? Or it is compulsory that without health card i can not check to doctor for free.
