Topic:
Landlord changed her mind - Agreement

So I was renting this place.

We had an agreement, a real cool deal and everything was perfect.

However, the landlord decided to sell the house before the end of the lease. As I understood I decided ti cooperate, and as she wanted to take pictures and so to posted on the social medias, I put all my thing away and stored.

I started looking for a new place. Finally I found one, with the only thing that to take possession of it, was only possible if I'd do it by the 15th, half of the month.

I asked my landlord if she was ok with me leaving by the half of the month and is she would refund me the half month I was not going to be there and, as the communication record can say it, she was totally ok with it.

Then I moved to the new place and everything was cool. But then, when I asked her for the money she was going to refund me, she just stepped back and told me she changed her mind.

Just like that, very cold, very... not her (as we had a really good relationship until then).

My question here is, can I use the emails we exchanged as an evidence of our written agreement?

Or as an addition to the original one?
Also, after some reading, I discovered she probably violated the original agreement by making me to keep all my thing away (everything by my bed... it was that crazy). Was she really doing it?

Thank you for all the info, I will really appreciate it.

I just want to send her an email for now but I will move this forward as much as I need to demonstrate this is clearly unfair.
All the love,
Fer
