Hi,

My wife and myself had Canadian PR which expired in year 2008, while my citizenship was under processing I had to return back to India due to Health condition of my father as he was paralysed and bed ridden.

Since we had no one to take care of him we had to be in India for couple of years. My father passed away recently and once again we would like to settle back in Canada.

My daughter is Canadian born and is aged 15 years, we would like to come back to Canada and settle there with my family.

Kindly suggest the process and guidelines' to get our PR reinstated and settle in Canada.
