Hi,
I have a tenant fairly new to Canada whose health card has expired. He needs documentation. His driver's licence is still from Manitoba, the house lease is under his wife's name but he does work full time at a factory.
Question: Can a signed letter from myself stating he has lived at a house I own (in Ontario) for the past 10 months be an acceptable form of documentation to renew his health card? I have read the list but nothing about a letter from a landlord is listed. Thanks!
