Can I keep my Application for Permanent Residency?

Dear Sir or Madam,
I'd like to know how to proceed with the application for permanent residency.
I had open work permit by spouse's study permit.
And I had started work at eligible company which sponsored my OINP
I applied OINP - Foreign Skilled Worker Stream : NOC code "B" - on 17.Jul.2018
I got the nominee from Ontario Government on 02.Oct.2018 and I have applied PR to Federal Government as an OINP nominee
I also applied closed work permit by sponsored employer at the same time.
I was received notice of rejection for the application of work permit due to ineligible employer (I didn't know that company had been banned)
So, I couldn't work anymore. Because my open work permit already had expired at 23.Nov.2018
I couldn't keep my employment. It's not my fault.
After that, I got the new job (NOC "A"), and I'm still working.
It is totally different employer and NOC code are different each
In this case, Can I keep up my PR application? My nominee is still valid? Or Should I have to withdraw my PR application?
