Topic: Ontario works caseworker asking for documents

Pretty much i handed in my statement of earnings 2 weeks ago showing no income. I waited a week and called to see if my account was in good standing i was told it was suspended and the statement of earnings wasnt received.

I handed that in and was told to hand in ROE"s from jobs i worked months ago. I forgot to mention i was given a new caseworker in the beginning of october.

i applied for ontario works in July and gave them every document provided ROE's, bank statements, etc. anyways this month my account gets suspended by this new worker and its because they want ROE"s i already provided to my old worker because it was requested on my file month's back.

I do that then im told the files aren't authentic and my file will remain on hold. Mind you i wasnt given any mail in october telling me to provide documents and i had no issues last month. I wasnt made aware until 2 days before november's.

I dont know what to do at this point i feel like im being treated like a criminal and have a hard time contacting her via phone. Right now im being told to sign up for my CRA( i already did and sent the worker pics for proof) and get a list of ROE's from service canada. I've already done all this i dont get the end game here what do i do?
