Hi,
I am Canadaian and married to my husband like two years ago. After we got married, I helped him get the permanent resident in Canada. But, after he replied he went back to India and work not even stay with, however, now he wants to divorce with me (after he got his PR). It actually really sad, I feel like he takes advantages of me by taking his permanent resident in Canada. And I saw the article saying that If you want to get divorce, "You need to prove that you and your spouse have been living in BC for at least a year." Is it true?
What should I do? and What can I do?
