Hi, i also have the similar situation. My sister is adopted by my uncle when she was 5 or 6 years old and she is living in canada since 2009.our birth certificate have same parents name but all other documents are with different parents. What documents ircc asked you to submit? My lawyer said i cannot claim her as sibling. Lots of confusion. Please guide me. |
