Topic: Can't come back to Canada due to COVID, PR expired

 Hello, my mom was coming back from China last year but the flight was canceled, she rescheduled but it was cancel again. Unfortunately her PR card is going to expire soon, is she going to get rejected when she come back to Canada?
On the other hand, are there ways to renew her PR card online without staying in Canada like how she used to renew her PR card?
