My daughter & I went to Canada in 2005, my daughter was 2 years old then & i was divorced & custody was with me. So we both went to Canada as PR. Came back after 3 weeks. I alone went 2 times afterword and lived Canada about 2 months.
Now my daughter is going to become 18 years next year. She is very much interested in going to Canada & not happy that I have not made her in Canada. Now my questions are . 1. Can she apply on H & C grounds as removed as minor by her father 2. What are the chances of getting PRTD on H & C grounds removed as a minor? OR she should return her PR... |
