Ready and willing to work EI claim

Hello,
I am currently looking for work, however I am confused with EI claim requirements, on one hand the website says everyday you must be applying and available for work, however EI reports only asks you if you were available Monday - Friday ready and available to work.
So this is confusing which of the two is the right way to go about this. |
