Non receipt of original letter for renewal of PR

HI
My husband received a soft copy of the letter informing him of the time and venue to receive his renewed PR card. We have not received the original letter that CIC said would come in the mail. Any suggestions what should be done to notify them of this? Will they accept a soft copy? |
