Social Agreement between Turkey and Canada

I am a permanent resident in Ottawa and I come from Turkey. I would like to ask about my eligibility for pensions and benefits from Canada since there is a social agreement signed between the two countries.
Could you please let me know what I should do to make my working days in Turkey valid in Canada? How could I get to retire in Canada with my working days in Turkey?
