PR Card Photo Resubmission

Hi everyone,
I landed in Toronto on May 16th 2022 and supposed to receive my PR Card around July. However, on July 21st I have received an email from IRCC indicated that my photos are not acceptable and I was requested to resubmit two new ones. I followed the instruction in the letter and sent them 2 new ones but since then I have not received any information about my PR Card or any kind of communication from IRCC. My concernings are: How long it would take IRCC to process my photos resubmission and if it has passed 6 months since my landing day, do I need to apply for a new one?
