Returning to Canada without PR Card

I have applied urgent PR card renewal application due to family emergency back in December. Travel Document from back home takes 1-2 months to receive it so I’m planning to be back via US and using a rent a car coming back to Canada. Please let me know if anyone has this experience. I will be appreciated if you could give me any advice with this. |

Solemn Declaration - urgently renewed not rec’d

- Between IRCC & Canada Post lost my urgent renewal PR card which was urgently approved due to family emergency.
- Do I receive AOR for Solemn Declaration?
- If original urgent PR processing, does ITCc consider to process this urgent again?
- Do I need to wait for the regular processing time to receive my PR Card?
- My family member is still coma and I will have to be back and forth this year dealing with my family emergency situations and I need my PR card ASAP.
- Due to family emergency situations, is there any considerations? Should I hire licensed immigration consultant or lawyer to get assistance? This is not mentally healthy processing just to renew a ID card. |
