Topic: Processing time of PRTD on H&C ground

 I have applied for a PRTD on H&C as I overstayed in India first due to my mother's severe illness and then COVID pandemic. What are my chances of getting prtd. I have not fulfilled residency obligation.I applied in Aug 2022 and after repeated enquiry I got this message that your application is in process and all documents have received. They will inform me when the decision is made.
I am really confused what to understand by this message. I applied through online portal. Due to my repeated webform enquiry, they first said that my file is with VFS Delhi. When I contacted vfs, they said it's all IRCC call they cant do anything. And now this reply from IRCC. Any body can provide insights. Regards
