Topic: Need to File for Appeal but No Info Available

I dont know if this post is suitable for this forum or not.

I am out of Canada and my request for Travel Document has been declined by my home country Canadian Embassy and now I need to file an APPEAL.

On the official letter from the Embassy I am given a weblink http://www.irb-cisr.gc.ca/Eng/tribunal/form/Pages/form665_inst.aspx from where I am suppose to have the instructions and the forms for applying for the appeal.

But this web link is not working at all. I honestly have tried tons of times from various computers and browsers but it isnt working.

I desperately need the Exact Instructions like what documents do I need to submit, how many copies of so and so documents or photos are required, how to fill the forms, etc. etc. etc.

Can you please help me? I have only 12 days left in the dead line.

Please help me.
