Complaint Regarding an Evaluation Service - Help

Hi,
I am writing this to ask for help regarding the unprofessional service by WES.

I had applied for the credential evaluation in June,2013 as a part of immigration process to Canada and the evaluation status was comlpeted in December 2013 ,and updated online that the evaluation report was send to my address in India.

But I never received my report by mail,and when I called back to WES to report regarding this in March 2014,the customer service said its too late to respond as the request was made one year ago and I have to apply for duplicate copies.

I again Paid money in May 2014 for duplicate copies,changed the Indian contact information to my sister's in Canada and there was no response from them till Dec 2014.

Now when I checked my status,they updated that evaluation report is shipped to the Canadian contact information which my sister neither received any reports yet from WES.

So its the second time WES is updating my status as, the report is send to the address provided and in real no reports are send to the addressee.

Otherwise how come I dont receive any reports yet even after I gave two different addresses.So I really doubt now they are simply updating the status without sending out the reports.

I am really upset with the service,and the customer service is putting on hold when we talk to them,they are not even willing to listen to our problems.

Its been two years my processing is on pending due to the errors made by WES.

I really need a help in this situation.Whom should I contact?

I have complained to WES email many times but no action is taken yet.

I really appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks Anna for your reply.I will write to the Manager of Evaluation and update what happens.
