Dear sir/MADAM,
I've applied for canada citizenship in april.2015 but no start of process yet. I've tried to call them but no reply from them.
Is there any hope to begin the process of my file from now on.

PR card renewal on hold or lost?

Hi. I and my wife applied for PR renewal in June 24 and sent both applications in a same envelope.
In October 8 my wife got received confirmation of Email from Vic and one week later her PR card. But I have not received neither Email nor PR yet.
Any suggestions for that?
