WES lost my academic transcripts, what can I do?

martinbulnes1978 Posts: 1 Posted On: 7/12/2021	martinbulnes1978 Posts: 1 Hi, WES HAS LOST MY ORIGINAL ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPTS i phone customer service and they were helpless. they asked me to fill out a dispute form that I can't find in the website then I set a message asking WES to please send me the dispute form. until now I am still waiting, my job position is gone because I failed to show my equivalent in Canada. WES just continue telling me that there are documents that are not sent. they don't care at all.
