Don't go through a lawyer. Ask them to sponsor their husbands on their own.
The lawyer will just act as a postman and will unnecessary delay things.
Not sure if they are eligible or not to sponsor them , but at least they won't lose $ 1,500. |

Is it possible to extend or postpone the landing just for 1 month?
Because my landing must be done till 16 FEB 2015 and is really cold for me. Cause I'm coming from really hot place.

You can come in Oct, Nov, Dec ..depending on where you are landing, its not that cold.
Jan, Feb are typically the worst days. |

Yes you can travel back to your home country.
But if you are a refugee , it might not be safe for you to go back. |
